This fully automated system is designed to allow for the removal of a car without having to remove any other parked cars, making each platform independent of one another. this parking system can accommodate a maximum number of cars while occupying a small footprint area. It has the capacity to go up to two levels in a pit and up to six levels above ground (G+6). The system utilizes horizontal and vertical moving pallets, which are pre-programmed, and can be called for a specific pallet by selecting the pallet number on the touch screen operator panel. The system includes an entry restrictions sensor for extra safety during operation, and an error display on the touch screen for quick and specific troubleshooting.
Specification
- This system features fully automatic and integrated operation, with a fast and automatic retrieval of cars from the parking space without removing any cars parked on the ground level of the system. Each level has one slot left empty to make way for the upper platform. The system also includes hot clipped Galvanized Corrugated floor plates, as well as a geared motor with a minimum safety factor of 2 and manual brake release. The system is monitored by a PLC for smooth and error-free automation, with backup limit switches provided for each slot for duplex safety. Additionally, the system includes an emergency shutdown switch and an optional touch screen.
- The system operates using an integrated touch screen/keyboard operation, and can lift up to 2000 kg per car weight, with a lifting time of 2/3 minutes per platform (variable) and sliding time of 9/10m/min per platform. The system can accommodate g +1 levels of traction lifting, with more than that requiring hydraulic lifting. It features a lower stack sliding mechanism on either side with a motor chain mechanism. The power supply required is 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz, and the estimated power consumption is up to 0.03,04 units per stack lifting and 0.02 units per sliding operation.
